Cela parait exagéré pour certains mais c’est au-delà de mes capacités. Je ne me calme que si cette personne arrête de faire ce son », dévoile-t-elle.
Généralement, les misophones sont démasqués dans le lieu de travail, lors d’un repas ou bien dans les open-spaces. Dès que cette personne entend le bruit « qui la dérange », elle réagit vite et lâche un petit « shuut » pour arrêter les gens autour d’elle.
La misophonie raccourci vers la solitude
Le remède de cette maladie reste jusqu’à présent mystérieux. Des scientifiques aux Pays-Bas sont apparemment les seuls à se concentrer sur cette recherche. Ils estiment que le chemin de la guérison commence par déconnecter les émotions négatives de ces sons. Une piste pas facile pour tout le monde. C’est pourquoi certains misophones ont mis en place leurs propres solutions. Demander aux gens d’arrêter et prendre la fuite, dans les cas extrêmes, sont les solutions trouvées par certains misophones. D’autres ont choisi de ne plus se séparer de leurs stops bruit, de leurs écouteurs et la bonne musique. L’objectif est d’éviter tout type de sons qui les déstabilisent.

A cause de sa misophonie, cette architecte d’intérieur, a fait son choix de quitter le nid familial. « Cela fait presque un an que je vie seule dans mon coin. Je ne sors que lorsque j’ai une urgence. L’extérieur, là où il y a du bruit, est devenu un enfer pour moi. Cette solitude m’épuise aussi », dit-elle en lâchant un soupire de tristesse. Un message qui devrait encourager beaucoup de misophones à signer un pacte de paix avec ces sons et revenir à la vie normale.
