- 2 pincée de levure chimique
- 8 g de levure boulanger
- 12 portions de vache qui rit (2 par naans)
Préparation
- Au robot ou à la machine à pain, mélangez tous les ingrédients secs : farine, levure de boulanger, levure chimique, sel & sucre.
- Faites un puits dans cette farine, et ajoutez les ingrédients liquides : huile, yaourt, eau (18 cl)
- Pétrissez la pâte 10 à 15 minutes
- Laissez lever la pâte au minimum 1 h 30 dans un endroit tempéré en la recouvrant d’un torchon
- Formez 12 petites boules de taille identique, étalez-les avec le rouleau à pâtisserie sur le plan de travail fariné
- Etalez de la vache qui rit sur un disque de pâte, en laissant 1 cm tout autour, disposez un second disque de pâte par dessus et soudez les bords en appuyant bien avec les doigts
- Faites cuire 5 minutes par face votre naan à la plancha, ou dans une poêle à crêpes par exemple
- Disposez sur un plat et parsemez d’une noisette de beurre…
