هل سبق لكم وأن سمعتم عن مصطلح الطفولة الرقمية ؟ ربما لم يطرق سمعكم من قبل لكن الأكيد أنكم جميعا دون استثناء تعايشون الظاهرة. تشاهدون أطفالكم يوميا منهمكين مع الأجهزة الذكية معزولين عن العالم برمته. قد يبدو لكم هذا مشهدا عاديا لكنه في الحقيقة تجسيد حي لما يعرف بالطفولة الرقمية
بيت بيوت، المقلاع، البلبل الدوار، المراجيح هي ألعاب كانت يوما ما ملح الطفولة: هذا قبل تفشي الأجهزة الذكية وسطوتها على حياة الأطفال. فتلك الأيادي الصغيرة التي اعتدنا رؤيتها تلعب بالدحل والدمى نراها اليوم متشبثة بالألواح الذكية ليل نهار. تلك العيون التي دأبت لعب الغميضة، تبقى اليوم جاحظة لساعات أمام الألعاب الإلكترونية.. تلك الأقدام التي ألفت الركض وراء الكرة والنط بالحبل عطبتها أجهزة الكمبيوتر. فلم يعد الطفل يتزحزح من أمامها . مع غزو التكنولوجيا وانهمار الأجهزة الذكية على العالم، نالت الطفولة أيضا نصيبا من الحداثة. أصبح لها نسخة منقحة تدعى ب الطفولة الرقمية
كانت بداية القرن 21 بداية ربيع التكنولوجيا. خلال عقدين فقط بلغت التكنولوجيا ذروتها وأغدقت البشرية بالإختراعات والتطورات. جابت كل القطاعات :الإجتماعية، التعليمية، الإقتصادية، الصحية… أقحمت نفسها فيها بكل قوة. يسرت حياة الإنسان وحملتها على كفوف الراحة. بدورنا لم نقصر وأعربنا للتكنولوجيا عن إمتنانا. فعاقرنا كل ما أتتنا به إلى حد الإدمان ولم نتحمل هجر الأجهزة الذكية ليوم واحد
لم يقتصر الأمر فقط علينا نحن البالغين. مثلما أذهبت هذه الأجهزة عقولنا، فعلت نفس الأمر بالأطفال . فجرفتهم هذه الأجهزة نحو عالمها الافتراضي. سحبت خيط تواصلهم مع الواقع ليبدد الأطفال طفولتهم في كنف مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي أو في ربوع عالم الألعاب الإلكترونية. من جهاز عادي مهمته الأساسية تسهيل عملية التواصل بين الأفراد اصبحت هذه الاجهزة الذكية ادمانا يودي بطفولة أجيال كاملة.
فيروس إدمان الأجهزة الذكية
أطفال من شتى الأعمار لا تغادر أجهزة الهاتف والألواح الذكية أيديهم, حدقة عيونهم ساكنة لا تتحرك, تحسبهم مخدرين أو منومين مغناطيسيا. هذا المشهد صرنا نشاهده في منازلنا وحتى في منازل أقاربنا وأصدقائنا. فالأعراض نفسها والتشخيص واحد “فيروس إدمان الأجهزة الذكية “.
هو فيروس خبيث. يتكاثر في محيط يعرف فرط في استخدام الأجهزة الذكية. تتباين درجة خطورة الإصابة به بين الطفيف،المعتدل والحرج. وقد تصل لحد الإدمان. لا يستهدف فئة عمرية معينة. فالطفل صاريتعلم كيف يستخدم الأجهزة الذكية قبل أن يتعلم حتى المشي أو الكلام. كيف لا وهو يترعرع في بيئة محاصرة بالأجهزة الذكية. يكبر بين عائلة أفرادها يقضون ليلهم ونهارهم مطأطأي الرأس، منهمكين في البعد الإلكتروني. فما يكون منه إلا أن يسيرعلى نفس الخطى ويسلك نفس النهج. يفعل هذا دون أن يدري أنه بذلك يرمي بنفسه داخل مصيدة العالم الرقمي .
هكذا بنفس حبكة المسلسل الكرتوني “أبطال الديجتال” تختطف الأجهزة الذكية الأطفال وتزج بهم داخل عالمها الإفتراضي وهو نسخة ثلاثية الأبعاد عن العالم الواقعي فكل ماتريده تجده (أصدقاء، ألعاب، تطبيقات، أفلام، كتب… ) لينغمس الطفل ببطء في هذا العالم ويزهد عن الحياة الواقعية فيوجد “الطفل الرقمي”
الأجهزة الذكية تقتات على صحة الأطفال الجسمية والنفسية
الإعجاب بإضاءة الهاتف أو بصورة أو لعبة هكذا تبدأ الرحلة نحو العالم الرقمي فيستقل الطفل أحد الأجهزة الذكية التي تلج به إلى قلب هذا العالم ثم يستمر في التقدم والتقدم دون أن يعرف أين ومتى يجب أن يدوس على الفرامل ويتوقف إلى أن يفقد السيطرة ويصبح الجهاز الذكي هو الذي يمسك بمقود حياته. وتكون صحته الجسمية والنفسية هي وقود هذه الرحلة.
حيث أوجدت نتائج الدراسات الطبية والعصبية أن الاستعمال المفرط للتقنيات الرقمية لا يؤثر على النمو المعرفي والانفعالي والاجتماعي لدى الأطفال فحسب، بل يعمل على تدمير أجسادهم وأدمغتهم ، إذ توصلت الدراسات إلى وجود تأثيرات جسمية وعصبية مشتركة على قوة الأطفال وأنشطتهم البدنية ، وأهم هذه التأثيرات تظهر في إرهاق العينين وإصابتها بضعف البصر وجفاف العين والرؤية المشوشة ، كذلك ظهور آلام الظهر،الرقبة والكتفين والصداع، فضلا عن إعاقة نمو الدماغ ، والتأخر في أداء بعض وظائفه.
كما أن استعمال التقنيات الرقمية يسبب الأرق والتأخر في النوم وصعوبة الإنتباه وبطء القدرة على التركيز، ضف إلى هذا أن الإفراط في استعمال أجهزة الفيديو والتلفاز يعرض صاحبه لخطر الإصابة بالسمنة وأمراض القلب. كما توصلت آخر الدراسات إلى أن آثار الإدمان على التقنيات الرقمية مثل الأنترنت، الحاسوب الهاتف، له آثار مشابهة للإدمان على القمار والمخدرات مثل الارتعاش، الغثيان والقلق وضعف القدرة على ضبط الذات.
ولا يتوقف الأمر عند هذا الحد فهي لا تكتفي بإتلاف أجسادهم بل تنهش من صحتهم النفسية كذلك. فتقلل من تفاعلهم المباشر مع الآخرين وتحد من فرص إقامتهم لعلاقات صداقة في العالم الواقعي وتجعلهم يعانون من القلق والشعور بكثرة الضغوط النفسية وتدني تقدير الذات بالإضافة إلى الاكتئاب، التوحد. كما قد يظهرون سلوكات عدائية وأحيانا غير أخلاقية نتيجة تعرضهم لمحتويات غير مناسبة

عندما يدخل الطفل العالم الرقمي سيجد نفسه أمام مفترق طرق وعليه أن يسلك أحد الطريقين: طريق سيودي به للخنوع للأجهزة الذكية ويحوله إلى دمية قراقوز تحركها الأجهزة الذكية كيفما تشاء وطريق سيكون فيه هو من يمسك زمام قيادة هذه الأجهزة. لكن الطفل بمفرده لن يعرف أيهما الطريق الصحيح دون وجود مرشدوهذا المرشد لن يكون سوى الأباء الذين بدورهم يجب أن يعرفوا كيف يديرون الطريق ويضعوا أطفالهم في بر الأمان. من خلال
١ـ تنظيم أوقات أطفالنا وتقنين ساعات استخدامهم للأجهزة الذكية إلى ساعتين فقط في اليوم
٢ـ تفادي زجر الأطفال أو منعهم بالقوة من استخدام الأجهزة الذكية بل لا بد من التعامل مع الأمر برفق ولين وإلا خرجت الأمور عن السيطرة لأن التعامل بصرامة سيزيد من عناد الطفل لذا لا بد من انتهاج طرق أخرى
٣ـ التحاور معهم ومحاولة فتح عيونهم على سلبيات الإفراط في إستخدام هذه الأجهزة
٤ـ طرح بدائل أخرى تنوب عن استخدام الأجهزة الذكية مثل ممارسة الرياضة أو الخروج للتنزه أو القيام بأمر محبب عند الطفل
٥ـ استثمارالأجهزة الذكية في التعليم وتطوير مهارات الأطفال فنحولها من أداة هدامة إلى أداة بناءة: فوفقا للدراسات فإن هذه الأجهزة ذات فعالية كبيرة في تحسين قدرات الأطفال على القراءة والكتابة والرياضيات كما لها إسهامات في تعليم اللغات الأجنبية وزيادة قدرتهم على التفكير، التخطيط، الملاحظة وحل المشكلات.
